- Three corks
- Coloured A6 card
- Baking paper
- Yellow acrylic paint
- Brush
- Water bowl
- Black marker
- 3 Black pipe cleaners
- Pencil
- Glue
- Scissors
- Pins
- Googly eyes
Paint two of the corks yellow. These are going to be the bees! Allow to dry.

While the paint is drying, make the bees a flower. Draw two flower shapes onto two different coloured cards. Make one slightly bigger than the other. Draw two small circles again one bigger than the other. Cut everything out.
Once the flowers are cut curl the petals by wrapping it around the end of the paint brush.

Glue the flower together starting with the bigger flower shape first.
Place on top of the third cork and secure onto the cork using the pins. The pins will be the pollen coming out of the flower.

Step 6
Next cut the bees wings out from the baking paper put aside.
Step 7
Take the pipe cleaners and wrap one around the yellow cork towards the top. Make sure to twist at the back and use the extra length as the feelers for the bee. Curl them down. Cut one of the pipe cleaners in half and wrap one half around the middle of the cork for another stripe, twist at the back. Do the same on the other cork.

Step 8
The bees are nearly finished; just draw the face on and put on the wings using some more pins. Oh, and glue the googly eyes on as well if you have some. The bees are now ready to buzz around the garden, enjoy!
